Cuthberts Toys has won for its range of well-merchandised products and knowledgeable, friendly sales staff.

Cuthberts Toys has three high street toy shops in St Albans, Letchworth and Hatfield, and its team is recruited based on a good and broad knowledge of working with and around children. The product range caters to all ages and tastes, with lots of hidden gems that won’t be found in high street stores.

Members of staff are encouraged to promote play areas within the in-store environment, including the play table, creative days, and magic and performance days. Toys and craft packs are regularly opened and demonstrated to promote understanding and education with children. All stores liaise with local schools and nurseries to engage in activity days.

As Retailer of the Month, Cuthberts Toys will receive stickers to put on all the good toys they have in their shop, a certificate to display, plaques to draw consumers attention to ranges of good toys, and a profile page on www.goodtoyguide.com with a link to their home page.
