Flair is a wholly owned subsidiary of Giochi Preziosi SpA, which designs, manufactures, markets and distributes some of today’s most popular toys such Shopkins, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Ben 10, The Grossery Gang, Doc McStuffins, IDO3D, Slinky, Mr Frosty, Spirograph, Stickle Bricks, Cool Cardz, and the Lionel Messi Training System, along with many other well-known products. In 2017 we will be introducing new exciting brands into our Boys, Girls, Pre-School and Creative Play categories. We are currently the UK’s 5th largest toy company.

We have also formed a strategic alliance with Just Play – one of the USA’s largest and fastest growing toy companies – to manage the distribution and marketing of Just Play’s extensive product range in the UK. Outside of North America, Just Play’s largest market is the UK. Brands within the Just Play portfolio include Mickey & Minnie, Lion Guard, Puppy Surprise, In My pocket, Barbie Role Play, Trolls, Shimmer & Shine and PJ Masks.

The role

We are looking to strengthen our Sales Team with a key account manager to further develop our business.

Required skills

You will ideally already be a key account manager or area sales executive managing national or regional based key accounts in the toy trade or similar related industry.

You will be able to demonstrate a good level of success in your career to date, have good business planning skills, be a strong and convincing presenter; possess excellent communication and organisational skills; be able to think and act commercially; have the ability to handle tough discussions and maintain a clear head; and understand how to build and sustain relationships both internal and external.

A very good standard of PC/Microsoft Office Packages, in particular EXCEL, is a prerequisite for the role.

Applicants should ideally live within a 1½ hour commute of our office in Cheam, Surrey, however, candidates from further afield may be considered. You should expect to have 2 days per week in the Cheam office depending on your location.
