Reporting into the Sales Director, the National Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key national customers. This includes management of costings and pricing, terms, contracts, maintenance of accurate records, forecasting and supply chain. The role will also be responsible for seeking and winning new business, including instigating new business activities through proactive research, customer visits, follow up of leads, development of propositions and presentation of proposals.
An experienced Account Manager with excellent presentation and communication skills, you will have extensive knowledge of the toy or related industry. You will be numerate, confident and well-organised, with good negotiation and influencing skills. This is an exciting role as it will enable the right candidate to step up into a more senior level function in the foreseeable future.
