Winners to be announced at Opening Ceremony on 29th January.

Mabot/ Shenzhen Bell Creative Science and Education Co, nominated for category Startup.

Introduced by Spielwarenmesse eG, the ToyAwards are presented to outstanding products every year, with the prizes ranking among the most respected accolades in the industry.

This year, the ToyAwards will be presented in the new Start-Up category and the four age-specific categories, as outlined below.

To make it easier for exhibitors to take part in the competition, a digital preliminary round was introduced this year for the first time. During this stage, the jury of experts narrowed down the entries based on the criteria Originality, Fun Factor, Accessibility of the Product Concept, and Sales Potential at Retail.

This year, 433 exhibitors (2018: 397) entered a total of 838 products (2018: 643), an increase which bears testimony to the continued appeal of this accolade.
