2015 Licensing Awards unveiled

Wins for Flair, Rubies and The Entertainer, while Barbie, Peppa Pig, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Minecraft and Minions also pick up gongs.

LicensingAwards-480This year’s Licensing Awards saw a number of toy suppliers, retailers and child-focused properties recognised for their performance over the past year. The winners included:

Best Pre-School Retailer – The Entertainer
Best Kids Retailer – Primark
The Radar Award – Shop Direct
Best Licensed Toy Range – Shopkins (GP Flair)
Best Licensed Dress-Up Range – Frozen Light-Up Princess Range (Rubies)
Best Pre-School Property – Peppa Pig
Best TV Property – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Best Film Property – Minions
Best Gaming / New Media Property – Minecraft
Best Classic Property – Barbie

The ceremony, which took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, was hosted by Alexander Armstrong, while Superman actor Henry Cavill made a guest appearance on stage.
