Alain will now oversee the Far East, the Middle East, Africa, and Oceania, with a focus on China, India, South Korea, and Australia. 

Alain, who is based in Belgium, has been working in the toy industry since 1991. He joined PlanToys in 2012 as sales director, and has been overseeing the company’s European territory. Now a company director, Alain will henceforth be responsible for the Far East, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania, with a focus on China, India, South Korea, and Australia.

Alain commented: “PlanToys asked me last year if I would oversee other geographical regions, but the timing wasn’t quite right to step away from the European side of the business. Now that the European business is performing so well I am able to focus more on my new territories, and I am excited to see how these progress over the coming years.”
