Five team members have been appointed: Kirsty Baxter for the Midlands, Steve Baker for London & the South East, Martin Pike for the South West, Carole Coupland for the North, and Stuart Harris for Ireland.

The in-house sales team, headed up by Liz Nield, sales director, will continue to manage Scotland.

Liz commented on the appointments: “Alyss celebrates its first year of trading in April. It’s a tough climate out there but we’re weathering the storm, with a tightly-focused collection of ranges that offers quality, affordability and appeal both to children and their parents. The business is growing steadily and we believe that the new agents, each of whom has a proven track record in the toy industry, will give us that extra support we need in securing and servicing new accounts.”

The Alyss portfolio now includes PlasmaCar, The Orb Factory, Safari, Bilibo, Quercetti and Plastwood World of Safe Toys.
