Anna Viola joins ITV Studios Global Entertainment

ITVS GE has appointed Anna Viola as senior licensing manager of hardlines, reporting to Trudi Hayward, SVP head of global merchandising.annaviola300

Anna is tasked with managing and developing the hardlines categories, along with housewares and toiletries, gifts and novelties for ITVS GE’s growing portfolio in the UK market. These include wholly-owned properties Thunderbirds Are Go! and Classic Thunderbirds, and the growing third party property representations including Playmobil and Super 4, Digimon, Matt Hatter Chronicles, Cut the Rope and Village People.

Anna brings a wealth of commercial sales experience to the role having previously worked as senior advertising sales manager at Global Radio, home to some of the UK’s best-loved radio stations, where she worked across multimedia platforms for 16 years.

Trudi Hayward said: “This appointment of a highly talented and successful sales manager further strengthens our sales team in an exciting and busy period for ITVS GE. Not only are new brands coming on board but the international launch of Thunderbirds Are Go! is planned for the Vegas show in June. Anna is most definitely the right person at a key time for us.”

Anna Viola added: “Joining ITV Studios Global Entertainment at this time is an amazing opportunity. With an experienced team around me offering a wealth of knowledge and a fabulous portfolio of brands to sell I am really looking forward to the challenge.”
