The move follows the closure of its current site at the Saddlers Shopping Centre.

A statement from the firm said: “Argos can confirm that it is opening its first digital store in the West Midlands at Crown Wharf Shopping Park, Walsall in February 2015, following the closure of our current store in the Saddlers Shopping Centre in the same month. The digital store will have a fresh and contemporary look, where tables of tablets will replace Argos’ traditional laminated catalogues, paper slips and pencils, meaning shoppers will be able to take advantage of the speed and convenience of online shopping in their local store.”
