“I am thrilled to promote Lauren to key account executive and Gareth to senior national accounts manager,” said Anil Boodhoo, sales director at Asmodee UK. “I have no doubt that they will both excel in their new positions as they help us to take the next steps in our exciting development.

“Lauren is a fantastic member of the National Sales team and we are very excited to be able to offer her this well deserved opportunity to progress in her career with us. In the two years she has been with us she has proven herself to be a strong and capable account handler and I see very bright things in her future with Asmodee.”

He added: “Having worked with Gareth in different capacities over the years I was overjoyed to have him come to work within my team at Asmodee in 2020. Gareth’s insight into the industry and ability to think outside the box is unparalleled and this progression enables us to catapult him into the position he deserves to further strengthen our business.”

Commenting on her promotion, Lauren said: “I’m delighted about taking the next step in my career at such a fantastic and passionate company. I look forward to seeing familiar and new faces at London toy fair in my new role – come and see if you can beat me at Dobble or Taco Cat.”

Newly appointed Gareth said: “As Asmodee goes from strength to strength I feel privileged to be part of such a capable group and truly excited to bring my experience to further work on identifying and pursuing the opportunities ahead of us alongside the leadership team. It’s an exciting time of growth and challenges ahead, and I look forward to meeting friends and colleagues old and new and discussing new prospects at the upcoming Toy Fair.”
