Asobi celebrates #SBS with Theo Paphitis

Published on: 19th December 2013

As one of Theo’s Small Business Sunday winners earlier this year, MD Thierry Bourret was invited to a special event in November to celebrate 2013’s successful tweeters.SBS300

Every Sunday, small business owners are encouraged to describe their business in just one tweet. Thierry focused on his passion for creative toys, tweeting: “@TheoPaphitis #SBS We distribute toys that inspire growing minds through creative play and engage curious children with stimulating toys.” Theo, who has 230,000 followers, made Thierry an official winner in February this year when he retweeted his message.

Thierry commented: “I was excited to secure the prestigious Vilac brand back in January and I was overwhelmed when Harrods agreed to support the Slow Toy Awards. Add to this the recent merger with Alyss toys and the year has been a great one, but to have met Thoe Paphitits, a man whose business success is an inspiration, was a real treat and a proud moment in the Asobi story.”
