The appointment follows a four-way pitch. Bastion was the incumbent agency, having previously worked on the account for six years.
2013 is a big year for Toy Fair as it celebrates its 60th anniversary and diamond jubilee. Bastion is tasked with creating a three-fold campaign to raise awareness of the event, its exhibitors and their product launches, and the toy industry as a whole among trade and consumer audiences.
