Beano releases festive gift range

Published on: 11th December 2018

In its 80th year, iconic comic brand Beano has released a range of gifts for fans inspired by Beanotown favourites.

Gifts range from stocking fillers to collectibles and include personalised 2019 Beano Annuals, Beano inspired boardgames and a selection of Dennis & Gnasher gift sets.

This year, Beano fans have the chance to get their hands-on Dennis’ exclusive Christmas jumper, as seen in the comic’s special Christmas Jumper Day issue. Available to pre-order from the online Beano shop now, it features Gnasher’s face with a Rudolph red nose and Dennis’ trademark red and black stripes. The jumper is available in both kid’s and adult’s sizes with 10% of proceeds from both to be donated to Save the Children.

Following the successful relaunch of the famous fan club this year, fans can purchase the new Dennis & Gnasher Fan Club Pack which includes the beloved fluffy Gnasher badge, official Fan Club Membership Card and a welcome letter from Dennis & Gnasher, all encased within the traditional Fan Club wallet.

A stocking filler staple, The 2019 Beano Annual celebrates this year’s 80th Anniversary with 112 pages of brand new, hilariously funny stories starring fan favourites such as Dennis & Gnasher, Minnie the Minx and the Bash Street Kids.

For those looking to give the ultimate Beano gift, all annuals can be personalised to display the recipient’s name on the front cover as well as across the top of all pages inside, whilst long-time fans can take a trip down memory lane by ordering their favourite personalised annual from any year of their choice, all the way back to the very first annual from 1940.

Game addicts can also add a fun Beano twist to their board game collection with classics including Beano Cluedo, Beano Monopoly and Beano Guess Who.

Grown-up fans of the classic Beano comics can enjoy nostalgic accessory gift sets including a golf set, a tankard set and a mug and socks gift set, all including original Beano designs. They can also unleash their inner prankster with practical joke classics including a spud gun and an ultimate Dennis whoopee cushion.
