Big Potato scoops Brand Award at Summer in the City

Company launched brand new party game Clickbait and second edition of Obama Llama at the event.

Big Potato Games picked up the Brand Award at the UK’s largest online video festival, Summer in the City (SitC).

Now in its 10th year, SitC was held at ExCeL London at the beginning of August, and featured over 100 popular YouTube creators. Big Potato was there with its brightly coloured Potato Van, selling games and playing them with visitors.

Sponsored by the creator and brand platform Social Circle, the SitC Awards recognise brands that have excelled in the online world; whether working with influencers or engaging with fans online. Big Potato won the Brand Award based on the company’s forward thinking and support of the influencer marketing community.

Accepting the award, social media manager Nat Aves said: “We’re all chuffed to bits! This is only our second year of being at SitC, so it’s fantastic to be recognised for what we do by such an amazing event. The award has taken pride of place on our trophy shelf and we can’t wait to go back to SitC in 2019.”
