Bananagrams, Big Potato and John Adams are among the brands supporting the Christmas event.
The founders of Board Game Club say they are overwhelmed by the strong support the industry has shown for Tuesday’s Board Game Club Christmas Event.
“We’d hoped a few brands would help us make this a cracking night for our guests, but the response has been phenomenal,” commented co-founder, Peter Jenkinson.
Accentuate, Bananagrams, Big Potato, Cartamundi, John Adams and Morning were the first to leap in and offer contributions for the catering and goodie bags, and they’ve since been joined by Hasbro, Thames & Kosmos UK, Drumond Park, Gibsons Games, Esdevium and Coiledspring Games.
“We’re truly overwhelmed,” Peter continues. “Other brands including Mattel, Green Board Game Company and Tactic have also come forward to offer some of their new games for guests to play on the night too. We know guests are going to be delighted not only by the fantastic Christmas games menu we have planned for Tuesday night, but also by the bulging goodie bags they’ll be taking home.”
Board Game Club has also announced that it will crown its first ever Game of the Year at the festive event in London’s West End. The winning game has been identified from the hundreds of guest feedback cards completed at the end of every Board Game Club night in 2016.
The grown-up games night celebrates the very best Boxing Day Boredom Busters and Christmas Day Classics. Typically at previous Christmas Board Game Club events, guests have fully embraced the Christmas Jumper theme whilst enjoying classic games from their childhood and checking out all the hottest new titles.
