Boti teams up with Goodmark for French distribution

Published on: 30th August 2022

The agreement will see such popular Boti brands as Battle Cubes and Dr Squish distributed to retailers in France.

Toy manufacturer and distributor Boti is teaming up with sister company, Goodmark Europe, to distribute its product in the French market.

Belgium-based Goodmark has a successful track record in launching multiple party and seasonal products in France. While celebrating its 10th anniversary with the most successful year since the company began, Nico Blauw, CEO of Boti, says the time is right to expand to France.”Together with our sister company Goodmark NV, French retail will soon get to see the first selection of brands that we bring to the market,” he said.

Battle Cubes launched worldwide in 2021 and successfully brings top licences such as Marvel to the playground. Based on rock-paper-scissors, kids battle each other with their cubes. For 2023, Boti is adding extra licences to Battle Cubes: Guardians of the Galaxy, Transformers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and other popular properties. Besides the cubes, the packaging also contains parts of a collectible jigsaw and a unique code to download the free app so the player can play Battle Cubes on their smartphone or tablet.

Battle Cubes are available in single blind packs or in blistered two-packs and the first Battle Arena will be launched this autumn.

Boti’s Dr Squish brand means kids can make their own Squishees. Suitable for ages eight and above, a workstation allows them to make multiple Squishees of different sizes and colours. The maker station starter kit contains the station, four transparent TPR balloons, two coloured latex balloons, two coloured ink tubes, a measurement spoon, biodegradable slime powder, three reusable clips, glitter and confetti. Boti is also releasing refill packs, with three TPR balloons, one coloured latex balloon, two reusable clips, coloured ink, confetti and glitters.

Besides these brands, Boti will also supply Peppa Pig products from Character Options to the French Market, across ranges such as eco-plush, made from 100% recycled products, wooden toys and Weebles.

Boti and Goodmark will attend the Preshow Noël from 21st to 25th November in Deauville,
