BuyItDirect launches

The news comes following the group’s acquisition of drones manufacturer, ProFlight.

Drones-Direct-480The BuyItDirect Group has rebranded the company as with the aim of becoming the UK’s largest drones retailer, whilst retaining the ProFlight-UK product branding, product lines and expertise.

The retailer sells a wide range of market-leading drone brands including DJI, Parrot, Yuneec, ProFlight and 3DR. currently has 50 drones on its website, including sophisticated camera and racing drones, amongst other specialist models.

ProFlight founder, Tim Morley, will continue to be heavily involved in the business and is now responsible for the website’s continued success and future development. He commented: “I’m thrilled that BuyItDirect has acquired ProFlight-UK. Nick and the company have a genuine interest in the product category and are keen to develop our offering and bring it to a wider audience.”
