Published on: 22nd March 2019

Celebrities, influencers and press were out in full force for the UK launch of Poopsie Sparkly Critters & Cutie Tooties.

The two new collectibles join MGA Entertainment’s best-selling brand Poopsie Slime Surprise.

On Saturday 16th March, the VIP launch event attracted an impressive turnout from celebrity fans including Ryan Thomas, Becky Vardy and Lisa Snowdon, and popular YouTubers including Creative Celeste.

The venue was transformed into a Unicorn Universe, complete with Poopsie slime play and branded ice creams, while attendees could also have their photo taken on while sat on a giant sparkly branded toilet. Celebs and influencers took to Instagram to share pictures, achieving a total reach of over 30m throughout the event.

Emma Walker, senior brand manager for MGA Entertainment, said: “Following a hugely successful Christmas sales period, we knew we wanted to launch the Sparkly Critters and Cutie Tooties collectibles with a bang. The event was a huge success, achieving cut-through across celebrity, influencer and press social channels and generating exciting buzz for the brand. With new product launches on the horizon for autumn we are looking forward to seeing the brand continue to go from strength-to-strength.”

Sparkly Critters and Cutie Tooties are the newest product ranges to launch from Poopsie Slime Surprise – combining the ongoing trend for slime with collectible magical characters in imaginative blind packaging.

Experiential PR, digital and social support will continue to reinforce the launch campaign throughout the season.
