Chicco celebrates at Harrogate

Chicco will showcase its 2014 collection and celebrate a year of growth at this year’s Harrogate Nursery Fair.Chicco-logo-300

NPD has seen a value growth for Chicco of more than 10% in the main nursery categories, driven by 30% in wheeled goods when comparing 2013 performance to 2012. Toys performed with an overall result of +12% vs 2012.

To celebrate 2013 and the beginning of 2014, which is already beating 2013 in terms of turnover, Chicco will be giving its guests cocktails by an expert mixologist, as well as a surprise to be revealed. Visitors to the stand will be able to see the new Urban, Chicco’s first modular travel system which offers parents a stylish pushchair that transforms into a pram.

Chicco will continue to build on the success of its toy lines with the introduction of almost 30 products for 2014, including the new Fairytale Toy range. Featuring popular characters from fairytales including Little Red Riding Hood, the Three Little Pigs and Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, the range offers a cot mobile, a music box and a crib panel. All of the toys in the Fairytale range are suitable from 0+ months.

The new co-sleeping cot, Next2Me, has a removable side to allow parents and babies to lie next to each other.

Another new innovation in the Chicco outdoor collection is the Activ3 three-wheeler stroller, which is ideal for Summer and Winter, the city and the countryside.

The award-winning family of Oasys car seats will be growing in 2014, with the introduction of the Oasys belted version.

Chicco will be exhibiting on stand M18.
