A footfall of almost 90,000 attended the BBC’s combined Good Food Show Summer and Gardeners Show Live at Birmingham’s NEC last weekend. Visitors were given live demonstrations of the ChillFactor on its dedicated stand with three separate demo points. The team served more than ten thousand samples of fruit slush.
Jerry Healy, Character Options’ marketing director, commented: “In view of what is happening at retail we are revising what was a bullish forecast of over 500,000 sales this year, to somewhere approaching 750,000, and we are working hard to obtain enough stock to meet the demand. This attracts an even greater footfall and will be the perfect event to further increase the awareness for Christmas sales.”
