Double celebrations for the team at Coiledspring Games as it picked up two awards at this year’s UK Games Expo.
Best Party Game was awarded to Anomia – published under the Coiledspring Games brand and launched at the Expo. Best Children’s Game was awarded to The Magic Labyrinth from Drei Magier Spiele and published in English by Lion Rampant Imports. The English Language version of the popular German game proved a great hit over the weekend with children and adults alike.
Roger Martin, managing director of Coiledspring Games, said: “We’ve been attending UK Games Expo from day one and have watched it grow into the largest event of its kind in the UK. It presents us with a superb opportunity to demonstrate our games to a very focussed audience who really appreciate great games. To pick up two awards, especially one for a game that we launched at the Expo is a fantastic achievement and testament to our product development team who worked so hard to get Anomia to the UK market.”
