Create the World Lego trading cards have launched at Sainsbury’s

Lego trading cards will be issued for purchases made until 13th June, 2017.

Lego cardsThere are a total of 140 cards to collect, including 104 mini-figure characters, and 36 special Create cards, with a pack of four costing 50p.

Customers will get a free four-pack when spending £10 either in a superstore or on the supermarket’s website, or a pack of two when spending £5 in a convenience store. There is also an official collector’s album for £2.

Sainsbury’s has restricted the giveaway to a maximum of 15 packs per transaction (up to a £150 spend) to allow “as many customers as possible the opportunity to collect until the promotion end or stocks run out.”

To make sure kids have a chance of collecting the whole set, the chain is encouraging swapping doubles with family, friends and colleagues. It will also host swapping events in over 300 cafes towards the end of the promotion.
