David Kelly, the former head of UK and ROI sales for Depesche, has left the business after 11 years.
David Kelly was responsible for creating the UK market for Depesche brands including TOPModel and My Style Princess and turned them into girl’s creative ranges.
He has now set up the Brookfield Associates Limited consultancy with his brother, John Kelly, and the company will specialise in sales and marketing training and development as well offer solutions to companies seeking high-level interim appointments.
David Kelly said: “Apart from achieving considerable sales success with Depesche, I was also responsible for establishing clear business processes which underpinned those results. At BAL we plan to use this experience to support companies in the toy, gift and greetings industry by offering bespoke one-to-one services where we assess areas for development and improvement within any company’s existing sales and marketing teams.”
We can audit and train teams to create effective KPIs and establish processes which set clear objectives. We can help to recruit a sales team, or benchmark existing teams to highlight potential senior managers of the future.”
