Freddie Fox announced as voice of Beano’s Dennis for new CBBC show

CBBC and Beano Studios has announced that actor Freddie Fox has been cast as the voice of Dennis in the new CBBC series Dennis and Gnasher: Unleashed.

Freddie makes his animated CGI debut as the 10-year-old in Beano Town with his best friend, Gnasher, by his side. Dennis & Gnasher: Unleashed will follow the duo as they get into scrapes in a world full of action-packed adventure where rules  get in the way.

The 52-part TV adventure will showcase a brand new look using CGI 3D techniques to bring Dennis up to date for the next generation of fans. The show will includes familiar friends alongside some brand new faces.

“As a life-long fan of Dennis, I am honoured to voice him for a new generation,” said Freddie Fox. “I am so excited to be carrying on the red and black striped legacy of a character adored for his mischievousness, energy, live in the moment attitude and full-on imagination.”
