GP Flair gets outdoors with Backyard Safari

GP Flair is to hold a National Bug Survey with schools and parents in conjunction with its outdoor brand, Backyard Safari.BackyardSafari300

The National Bug Hunt Survey will be promoted with advertorials in March editions of First News, reaching nearly 1.5 million readers. Pupils will be asked to discover the bugs found in their school and send in their data, to be in with the chance of winning a visit to their school from a bug expert. Schools can also apply for a survey kit where they will be sent a selection of notes and lesson ideas, tying-in with the National Curriculum and bringing a complete Backyard Safari experience to the classroom.

Mercedes Perez Munoz, product manager, GP Flair, commented: “We are delighted to once again be working with First News as we have had such huge success with the newspaper on other brands in the past. The Backyard Safari survey is not only educational, it’s loads of fun so we hope it will be received well by both teachers and pupils.”

The National Bug Survey is launching 15th March and will run until July 2013.
