Hasbro announces Kre-O marketing initiative

Hasbro has teamed up with Disney for a new sponsorship campaign on Disney XD, targeting 8-12-year olds.

The sponsorship activity focuses around the Kre-O Big Build Challenge, an exclusive competition offering 25 kids the opportunity to appear on Disney XD competing in a build challenge. The clips have been running between Phineas and Ferb episodes since May through to July, with a winner being crowned for each age group.

Each competitor gets a one-minute spot per day, culminating in a three-minute final aired on Saturday and Sunday. Competition spots also feature across the dedicated Kre-O microsite (disney.co.uk/kreo), which offers additional games and product information. Entries to the competition were submitted via the microsite where kids undertook their first construction test.
