Cartamundi has announced the launch of the Shuffle Twister card game, licensed by Hasbro.

Available this month is a new version of the classic Hasbro game in card format.
It’s also part of the Shuffle range, Cartamundi’s platform which combines playing cards and digital technology for an enhanced way to play card games, with support from tablets and smartphones.

Like the classic game, the Shuffle Twister card game invites players to move their hands and feet to various coloured dots — this time through choosing a card and following instructions.

The free Shuffle Twister app, available through Apple iOS and Android, adds a twist by asking players to perform random actions or impressions.

Trudi Bishop, head of marketing and licensing at Cartamundi UK, commented: “It was inevitable that the popularity of both the Shuffle game and the Twister game would see the two games come together. The Shuffle Twister card game is a great new format for a classic game — with an app that will have you falling over with laughter.”
