Michelle has worked hard cementing HTI as an authoritative voice in the industry and her thirst to be involved within the business has led to this promotion.

As well as promoting current employees, HTI strongly believes in investing in fresh talent, particularly for junior roles. The most recent recruit is Zoe Parsons who joins as product assistant. Zoe will provide support to Alison’s Product Development team across four product categories; Vehicles, Role-play, Prams and Wheeled. Zoe graduated from Liverpool John Moores University having studied Educational Studies.
