HTI team goes from strength-to-strength

Promotions and new appointments for the HTI product and licensing team.

Michelle Dalziel has been promoted to licensing and marketing manager following over four years of experience with HTI.

With a background in national account sales, Michelle has established a career in the licensing industry since moving to the role two years ago, proving invaluable in her role and HTI as a whole. Michelle has worked hard cementing HTI as an authoritative voice in the industry and her thirst to be involved within the business has led to this promotion.

Alison Downie, director of brand and licensing, commented: “Michelle has shown real dedication to licensing, gaining tremendous knowledge and strong respect from our licensors. I’m confident she will prove a real asset in this area and flourish in her new role.”

As well as promoting current employees, HTI strongly believes in investing in fresh talent, particularly for junior roles. The most recent recruit is Zoe Parsons who joins as product assistant. Zoe will provide support to Alison’s Product Development team across four product categories; Vehicles, Role-play, Prams and Wheeled. Zoe graduated from Liverpool John Moores University having studied Educational Studies.
