IMC Toys scoops Mattel award win

Published on: 21st May 2012

IMC Toys has won the 2011 Best Barbie Product in Europe award from Mattel for its Barbie Intercom Telephone product.

The regional Mattel Team (Southern Europe Cluster) presented the award to IMC Toys on 30th April 2012 during the Global Mattel Summit that took place in Miami.

Unlike walkie talkies, IMC Toys designed the Barbie Intercom Telephone so that girls can talk and listen at the same time. This interactive intercom system helps little ones learn their numbers and how to interact with others. Around 80,000 units of the pretty pink Barbie Intercom Telephones with handsets and shoe-shaped receivers were sold in 2011, making it a best seller for IMC Toys.
