Inaugural Blog On Awards to launch in September

The BlogOn Toy Awards will be also be unveiled at the Christmas event on 24th September.

The BlogOn Xmas event looks set to welcome 200 bloggers from across the UK, with tickets selling out quickly. Made up of some of the country’s top social influencers, the event will be used as a platform to launch what will be an annual awards event which will also drive sales for toy brands pre-Christmas.

The BlogOn Toy awards will be voted for during the event by parenting bloggers in attendance. They are free to enter and will be made up of 10 categories:

1. Top Preschool Toy
2. Top Interactive Toy
3. Top Games/Puzzles
4. Top Collectible
5. Top Construction Toy
6. Top Plush Toy
7. Top Licensed Toy
8. Top Creative Toy
9. Top Imagination Toy*
10. Top Outdoor/Garden Toy

*toys in this category cannot contain batteries

Brands entering do not have to be exhibiting at the 24th September BlogOn event and companies can enter as many categories as they wish by submitting samples (only one category per product).

There will also be a Blogger’s Choice Award given to the toy with the most votes overall. The winning toy list will be issued to national media as the definitive list of top toys for Christmas 2017 chosen by parent bloggers and influencers.
