InspirationWorks pre-loads apps and games onto Kurio

Ahead of the launch of Kurio 7, InspirationWorks has teamed up with leading app developers to pre-load full, non-advertising versions of the most popular apps and games onto the tablet.

Ready to play on Kurio at purchase are: Angry Birds, World of Goo, Fruit Ninja, Cut the Rope, Colour and Draw, Doodle Jump, Where’s My Water, Aldiko Premium, Mee Genius, Toon Goggles, Alligator Creative Play and Mr Nussbaum. Lots more fun, learning and educational games, and e-books are also preloaded and hundreds more will also be available for download from the Kurio Store.

Tracey Devine, UK marketing director at InspirationWorks, said: “We have worked closely with key gaming licensors to make sure that all of the top kids’ apps and games are available as soon as you open the Kurio box, offering a content-rich experience, and setting it apart from other tablets in the market.”

A full range of licensed accessories will also be available in the shape of tablet skins, cases and headsets and more. InspirationWorks is investing heavily in the marketing campaign for the new product launch, including above and below-the-line marketing and a heavy weight TV advertising campaign and PR programme.
