In the executive summary of the report, the assessor noted: “Generation Media has performed extremely well in this, the Company’s second Investors in People Assessment… [they] achieved the highest level of performance for four out of nine indicators. The remainder are at the Advanced level.”

They went  on to comment: “This is an excellent assessment result and reflects the agency’s commitment to continuously improving its people strategy and creating an environment where people can flourish.”

Lisa Morgan, managing director of Generation Media, said: “We are extremely proud to be recognised by external companies as industry leaders in terms of our people management, development and culture. Our ongoing commitment in this area allows us to ensure we are providing our customers with the very best people, service and results. I would like to thank the team at Generation Media for its contribution to the Investors in People process, and for making Generation Media such an amazing place to work every day.”
