Jacqueline Taylor Foo raising funds for The Fence Club and the Toy Trust

Published on: 8th March 2019

Melissa & Doug’s managing director is running both the London Vitality half and the London Marathon.

Jacqueline’s Virgin Money page says: “Please support me in this crazy ambitious goal; I somehow decided in the midst of the busiest time in the industry – and during my most tired moments – that it would be a great time to give back. A smaller goal would have made a lot more sense, or more time (six weeks to the half and only three months to the Marathon)… but where would be the fun in that?

So not being a runner, I figured maybe you’d be tempted to give the charities an extra £/€/$ (any currency works) for my sheer determination? Oh, and maybe I could ask for some leniency on the ‘off chance’ that I end up closer friends with the St John’s ambulance team on the big day, than the royal mile.”

To donate to Jacqueline’s efforts, please visit her Virgin Money Giving page, and tick the gift aid box when possible.

“Everything raised will go directly to children who will really benefit,” adds Jacqueline. “I have chosen to split the funds between the two main charities associated with the Toy industry. Every donation, no matter how small will help. Thank you.”
