Jo Rose and Lisa Hryniewicz announce new joint venture

Published on: 25th September 2015

Koko Rose Media is a new UK based limited company taking care of the management of worldwide rights to Deer Little Forest.

kokorose480Kids’ media executive Lisa Hryniewicz originally represented the brand, with Jo Rose the illustrator and creator.

The joint venture came about in order to accommodate the rapid growth and potential of the property, across various media as well as geographically.

Lisa and Jo are co-directors of the 50/50 venture, managing the company together on a day-to-day basis.

Jo, creative director, is responsible for all aspects related to art direction including creation, production, and quality control of product development. As managing director, Lisa oversees sales and business development.

Lisa said: “Since working with Jo, two things have become very apparent. First, that Deer Little Forest is a genuinely unique property that elicits a very strong, positive response, resulting in wonderful business opportunities. Second, that it is all due to Jo’s immense talent. I am absolutely thrilled to be formalising this rewarding and promising partnership.”

“Since meeting at BLE 2013 I knew I wanted to work with Lisa,” Jo added. “The last two years have been such a success that a partnership feels like a natural progression. Lisa has opened opportunities at every turn and, with her business knowledge and incredible eye for detail, I feel like there are no limits for Deer Little Forest.”

Koko Rose Media will be attending Mipcom Jr. and BLE, Stand J55.
