Key Account Manager – Germany

The Company

Our client is a multinational toy manufacturer with a German subsidiary in Nürnberg. The company has enjoyed a solid position in the German toy market for many years, and another key account manager is needed to fulfil the sales potential for brands already established in the market as well as other brands not yet launched in Germany.

The Role

The key task for the position is to compile and execute action plans for all channels. Lead negotiations on trade terms and conditions with customers, implement plans and establish reporting internally as well as with customers.

The Person

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate sales person with at least five year’s successful experience as senior sales executive in the German toy industry.

  • Good level of spoken and written English to communicate with head office staff and with the European regional office


It would be preferable for the KAM to work in the Nürnberg office when not visiting customers, but if a daily commute is not manageable, once a week in the office would be acceptable in the long term.

Salary and Benefits

The package will comprise a competitive fixed salary, a bonus and a company car.
