Our client is a market leader in the toy and toy related gifting categories, with an enviable success story in both the independent and National Account channels.
We have been briefed to identify and retain an accomplished Senior NAM to take the strategic lead in a small team of other National Account Managers selling into both the retail and the wholesale toy/gift channels. The customer portfolio includes grocery, wholesale/distributor and specialist toy retailers.
Required Skills & Experience
Although we have been briefed to engage an accomplished man manager, this does not necessarily mean we are looking for formalised man management experience ( albeit a bonus). If you can demonstrate evidence of being a strong influencer with both your peers as well as you seniors; if you can demonstrate an ability to think and act autonomously, and work effectively without a boss, and if you can provide examples of having really taken the initiative and pulled together projects and people to achieve a desired outcome, then we will also strongly consider your application.
Salary & Package
In return for your dedication and effort, our client is offering a basic salary of between £62,159 and £74,894 plus bonus and company car. Career advancement opportunities abound for the right candidate.
