Product/Marketing Manager – Games

We see the Games category as a key contributor to leveraging continued success and your role as Product / Marketing Manager for Games will be pivotal to us achieving our 5-year plan.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years’ successful experience of product management in toys, games or similar consumer goods markets
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience with digital marketing as well as traditional TV advertising (liaising with and briefing out to media buying agencies and social media agencies)
  • Knowledge of and ability to develop product, with an excellent understanding of UK packaging design requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative, commercial and analytical
  • Must be able to work to advanced levels with Excel, Power Point, Word
  • You must be a UK citizen or EU national, you must be domiciled here in UK, possess a current and valid work visa for UK, and have UK work experience which meets the criteria stipulated in the candidate requirements above

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy for the Games category in the UK through understanding of consumer and retail requirements and demands
  • Develop and execute bespoke marketing plans for a wide portfolio of games
  • Adapt a range of commercially viable games from the international portfolio ensuring they are aligned to UK market criteria
  • Identifying new opportunities through liaising with the games inventor community, social media and feedback from sales and marketing teams
  • Working in tandem with colleagues across USA, Europe and corporate HQ in Germany to ensure the UK is optimising its games product offering for the UK market

Our brand-new UK offices are based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
