The Company

Craze is an established and expanding toy and bath cosmetics company with headquarters in Karlsruhe and an international team based in several countries. Craze is one of the top 15 toy companies in Germany by sales in units and is also the market leader in respective product categories with many of its products, and one of the largest suppliers of advent calendars in Germany. However, established does not mean old-fashioned or entrenched – on the contrary, we have retained our start-up culture. We are doers with a hands-on mentality. We develop, produce and market high-quality children’s bath cosmetics, trend products and long-lasting classics in the toy segment. In addition to licensed products such as Fireman Sam, Paw Patrol and many others, we have an extensive range of generic products.

The Role

To strengthen our agile, international, open-minded team in sales and senior key account management, we are now looking for a Senior Key Account Manager UK & Ireland (w/m/d).

Main Tasks

  • Define strategy and plan for Craze to start selling DTR in the UK & Ireland market
  • Identify business opportunities and develop them from scratch in the toy, grocery, discounter and drugstores channels
  • Prepare customer presentations, make product demonstrations, and discuss sales conditions and contracts
  • Close domestic and/or FOB deals
  • Co-organise marketing actions with retailers
  • Monitor the market and the competition and send feedback back to the headquarters

Your Profile

  • Multi-annual proven experience in the toy and/or drug sectors with a network to the responsible buyers
  • A good feel for customers and markets with a strong sense of communication, negotiating skills and sociability
  • You work in a structured, planned and determined manner and have the confidence to build up a new market for Craze
  • You have a personality structure with a self-confident appearance as well as distinctive communicative and rhetorical skills
  • You bring initiative and a hands-on mentality, you have the desire to develop something forward
  • You have a quick perception and good judgement
