The John Lewis Partnership has announced a number of changes to its senior management.
Andrew Murphy, retail director at John Lewis, is to take up the newly created role of group productivity director.
Mark Lewis, online director at John Lewis, is now to become retail director.
Dino Rocos, operations director at John Lewis, is to assume additional responsibilities for the omnichannel customer journey.
Paula Nickolds, buying and brand director at John Lewis, is to take the role of commercial director.
Craig Inglis, marketing director at John Lewis, is to become customer director.
