Former Disney, Spin Master and Just Play executive has relocated to the UK.

With over 15 years’ experience in consumer goods and licensing, brand management and product development, experienced toy professional John Mallet is looking for a new role within the UK toy or licensing arena.

Originally from Canada, John started his toy trade career at Ganz, after which he joined the Walt Disney Company, where he was responsible for creating successful product lines for Disney Stores, Parks and Consumer Products. During his time at Disney. John established close partnerships with the WDA, Pixar and Marvel studio teams, which were instrumental in helping him to create innovative, trend setting retail strategies.

John subsequently transferred his skills and experience to the licensing manufacturing sector, where he held senior roles with both Spin Master and Just Play in the US.

Having recently relocated to the UK, John is now looking for either a permanent placement, or contract/ freelance opportunities.
