Jumbo Games adds to its portfolio

20 new adult jigsaw puzzles will debut this month.

jumbo480The new releases span across Jumbo’s top-selling adult ranges, such as Wasgij, Falcon de Luxe and Jan van Haasteren, as well as its licensed portfolio, with new signings from Studio Pets and The Simpsons.

The Wasgij releases include the 12th Wasgij Christmas puzzle, titled The Big Turn On!, which comes with two 1,000-piece puzzles for the price of one.

Supporting the launch of the Christmas Wasgij puzzle is the Wasgij Original 24: A Very Merry Holiday 1,000-piece and the second instalment of the Wasgij Back to…? concept, titled A 14th Century Castle. Also new to the Wasgij range is the Wasgij Destiny Collector’s Box Set Vol 1 that consists of three 1,000-piece puzzles, and is now priced at a reduced price to drive higher consumer sales this autumn/winter.

Other highlights include 11 new additions to the Falcon de Luxe range, such as the All Ready for Christmas 2 x 1,000-piece box set, that gives consumers a free 1,000-piece puzzle. Alongside this Christmas set is a range of puzzles covering Nostalgia, Transport, Animals and scenery across piece counts from 200XL, 500, 1,000 and 4 x 1,000-pieces. Falcon fans can expect the 40th anniversary celebrations to continue with further releases in September.

Jumbo will also see further launches of new licensed puzzles, such as two 1,000-piece and two 500-piece Studio Pets puzzles and a 500-piece The Simpsons puzzle.

“Launching more than 20 new puzzles this month is really exciting for us,” said Stewart Middleton, managing director at Jumbo Games. “Adult puzzles continue to be a core focus for us at Jumbo and these new additions will continue to drive the substantial increase in sales that we have been seeing this year.”
