falcon1Changes have been made to the company’s much-loved puzzle brand.

Following on from its 40th anniversary which saw an increase in new releases and a wider range of piece counts, Jumbo Games has made changes to the lid and base artwork across the entire Falcon de Luxe range.

The new packaging style and design features a light green background to emphasise the puzzle image and help the product stand out on shelf. The Falcon de Luxe logo and font have been updated from traditional gold to clean and crisp white. The piece count icon has tripled in size and the cross-sale of the larger range and Puzzle Mates accessories on the base of the box have been improved. These changes have been made to benefit retailers.

The Falcon 40th Anniversary emblem has also been added to all packaging to highlight the heritage of the brand in the UK. “Taking our number one traditional puzzle range and modernising it for our customers is very important to us,” said Laura Canzio, product manager at Jumbo Games. “These improvements to the Falcon de Luxe packaging were very well received at London Toy Fair and we’ve received feedback from retailers to say that they are already seeing an increase in sales because of it.”

The packaging design has also been applied to the Falcon de Luxe Around Britain range.
