Karnage skateboards hit the UK

UK distributer Greenover predicts “huge response from Christmas shoppers” for 2012.

Since skateboarding took off in California in the mid-70s, the injection-moulded cruiser has been on the skating scene. The 70s board has recently made a comeback and the Karnage brand from Australia got in on the action. The Karnage Retro Skateboard is suitable for kids aged five plus, up to seasoned skaters that want an easy to use board that’s fast and responsive.

The boards come in a variety of colours including ‘slime’ orange, black, green, blue, yellow and red with different colour wheels known as ‘Gummies’. Strong, flexible and versatile, Karnage Skateboards are just at home on the streets as they are in the skate park. Due to their size they fit easily in a backpack.

The UK’s Karnage distributer Dan Maker at Greenover said: “We have great stock levels for these boards ready for the busiest time of the year and with Karnage now retailing at £35, we anticipate a huge response from Christmas shoppers. We think it’ll bring a big smile to many whilst unwrapping it on Christmas morning. In fact, we know it will.”
