The auction follows the Sylvanian Families: A Study in Art exhibition held at the Strand Gallery in London last month. Over 50 lots make up the ranging from framed professional photography to children’s colourings. So far potential winning bids range from just £5 for minor pieces of art to £300 for some hand-painted canvases.
Holly Lackey, girls marketing manager, said: “There are some beautiful pieces of artwork to buy on the auction site it’s so well worth a look. I am in quite a bidding war myself for one piece, but for anyone looking for something unique for Christmas there are some real bargains to be had and would be perfect for anyone in the industry looking for a quirky rendition of one of the UK most loved girl’s toy brands.”
