Lego City releases new range as Sea Life hosts events

Lego City is to release a new Deep Sea range as UK Sea Life centres host Deep Sea Explorer events.

Lego-wordpressThe Deep Sea Exploration Vessel includes a remote sub, scuba scooter, winch system to lower the submarine into the water and a shark cage. A white shark, swordfish, octopus, gold bars and sunken ship are also included as well as seven minifigures and accessories.

The Deep Sea Helicopter has twin rotors, a winch to hook up the submarine and three minifigures with assorted accessories: a submariner, pilot and a scuba diver.

The Deep Sea Submarine Set includes a chest, whale skeleton and shark. The submarine has a glass bubble cockpit, searchlight and grabber located on its robotic arms.

The Deep Sea Starter Set features a remote sub with robotic arms, shark, chest, coins, camera, seaweed and three minifigures. The Deep Sea Scuba Scooter has robotic arms, to grab a crystal and an octopus.

Meanwhile, from 1st June to 30th August, Sea Life attractions nationwide will host a Lego City Deep Sea Experience. Visitors will be invited to get hands-on and build a Lego sea creature. Ten selected Sea Life sites will be adding to the experience with treasure hunts. Submerged Lego creations will be hidden amongst the marine life in the displays. Every Sea Life visitor will receive an activity pack that includes an official Lego Deep Sea Explorer certificate, sticker sheet and scuba mask.
