LEGO courts controversy

Reports are circulating within the trade that LEGO plan to offer Series 8 of its Minifigures range to one major retailer one month ahead of the rest of the retail trade.

Having already courted controversy amongst independent retailers earlier this year, by offering several ranges to major retailers on an exclusive basis for a limited period, this latest move is likely to reignite the debate over the fairness of this strategy.
