Lego reveals Lego Movie-themed playsets

As The Lego Movie hits the big screen, Lego has launched a range of products kids can use to recreate the movie at home.legomovieplaysets300

Lego has launched 13 sets suitable for children aged 7–14 years old, featuring different characters and scenes from the movie.

The kits include the Getaway Glider which features three minifigures, a horse and assorted weapons and accessories. Trash Chomper is a 2-in-1 rubbish truck, with opening trash masher, and includes three minifigures with assorted accessories. Ice Cream Machine features an adjustable cone gun on the roof and wing-mounted flick missiles and includes three minifigures. Cloud Cuckoo Palace can shoot flowers from the flower catapult and includes three minifigures and accessories. Lord Business’ Evil Lair features a trapdoor and the think tank, and includes six minifigures with assorted accessories. Lego MiniFigures will also gain new 16 new characters from Abraham Lincoln to Panda Dude, with Emmet only available in the Lego Movie Sets.

Other playsets available include Melting Room, Bad Cop’s Pursuit, Castle Cavalry, MetalBeard’s Dual, Super Cycle Chase, Emmet’s Construct-o-Mech, Super Secret Police Dropship, and Benny’s Spaceship.
