Children are being asked to design their own Lego Star Wars bedroom, and the winner will have their bedroom transformed according to their design.
The competition launches exclusively in Titan Magazine’s Star Wars Comic, on sale Thursday 6th March. Justin Clasby, Lego Star Wars brand manager, said: “Lego Star Wars has been one of our huge success stories, with 197m sets having been sold in its 15-year history. Currently there are approximately 750 different minifigures battling it out in children’s bedrooms worldwide, so we decided to launch a competition that would capture our fans’ imaginations and give one lucky child the bedroom of their dreams.”
Duncan Titmarsh from Bright Bricks added: “We can’t wait to get stuck into this project; it’s a great competition that will really get imaginations flowing and it’s going to be awesome to work with a kid’s own design and create their fantasy Star Wars bedroom; we can’t wait.”
Closing date for entries is 2nd April 2014 and the winner will be revealed in the 1st May issue of the Star Wars Comic, just in time to celebrate May 4th.
