The toy industry’s charity is calling on runners to take to the streets of London in one of its The Big Half places to raise money for good causes.
The Toy Trust is appealing to half marathon runners to apply for one of its 10 free places available for industry colleagues to run in The Big Half in London on Sunday 4th September 2022.
The half marathon, which follows the first half of the London Marathon’s official route and is organised by the London Marathon organisers, is a fun day for all the family and ends with The Big Festival – an event full of music, great food options, health and wellbeing classes and lots of opportunities to keep active throughout the day.
The Toy Trust is appealing to its members to sign up to run and raise money for the charity which supports hundreds of organisations that better the lives of disadvantaged and disabled children. All monies raised are distributed to these worthy causes.
There is a fundraising target of £500 per runner and each of the 10 places is free. If you are interested, please get in touch with Matt Jones at the BTHA to register for a place in the event.
The event date is Sunday 4th September 2022 – more information about The Big Half can be found on the official event website here.
