The first LolliBop Mini Disco took place at London’s Ministry of Sound venue yesterday to showcase the new Vivid light-up make and create jewellery and accessory range.
The LolliBop team pulled off an action packed programme of activities for children 3 – 10 years, and demonstrated new Lumi products; the Glo Necklace, Glo Bracelet and Glo Bag Charms. The LolliBop team promoted Lumi products with a box area for Lumi creative workshops and gave out samples.
The disco was attended by around 900 guests and included hula hooping workshops, character Scooby-Doo, a storytelling area and a DJ set by popular TV presenters Dick and Dom.
“This is the perfect event and brand partnership for Lumi” believes Emma Weber, licensing and marketing director from Vivid. “LolliBop have a track record of hosting sold out events for kids and parents, and the half term Mini Disco offers us the ideal opportunity to target potential Lumi girls with engaging ‘have a go’ creative sessions in one of the UK’s most famous dance venues.”
